The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 476 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §17C-6-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to driving restrictions in school zones; authorizing county boards of education to expand school zones to a road adjacent to school property by formal request; requiring Division of Highways to expand school zones accordingly; and requiring Division of Highways to erect new signage to indicate expanded school zone’s location and speed limit within thirty days of receiving the formal request.
